Valentin Weigel: Supplementband 1

Apart from the information contained in the editorial introductions of the new Weigel edition on the almost 40 works which can regarded as authentic, the first supplementary volume will also include a collection, description and a critical evaluation, based largely on the editor’s unpublished dissertation, of Weigel’s entire text corpus consisting of more than 200 individual works. The documentation of the context of the authentic works in written records and redaction criticism constitutes an indispensable scholarly repertory for anyone studying Weigel’s works and their surroundings.
