Doctrina et Pietas. Zwischen Reformation und Aufklärung

Doctrina et Pietas is the first series devoted to post-Reformation theology of the 17th century and thus to the era of Old Protestant orthodoxy, which was long discredited. The series contains historical-critical editions of key texts, reprint editions, volumes of materials, and studies. This creates a new image of orthodoxy: it highlights the coexistence of the doctrinal foundation of theology and its lively implementation in piety, preaching, devotional literature, and pastoral care.
