Christoph Gottfried Bardili: Kleine Schriften zur Logik

C. G. Bardili’s works concentrate on two major themes: God and logic. Without extensive logical investigations the question of the absolute cannot be answered. Therefore Bardili tries throughout his whole philosophical life to understand the essence, the effect, and the position of logical thinking. Apart from his Grundriß der Ersten Logik Bardili’s other writings, which are partly unpublished, partly inaccessible, give us an insight into his logical world and workshop of thought. This new edition of some of Bardili’s texts makes it possible to have a critical look at the author and his logic, that in the end leads him and his reader to the central questions of philosophy.
